The National Administration of the Grand Gedeh Association in the Americas (GGAA), Inc. announces with deep sadness the home going of Madam Ophelia Girl Yonly. This sudden event occurred on the afternoon of October 5, 2024, in Louisville, Kentucky.
We extend our deepest condolences to the Carr and Yonly families during this time of profound loss. We are truly saddened to hear of the passing of your beloved Felicia Yonly and want to offer our heartfelt support as you mourn and remember her life.
The loss of a loved one is never easy, but it is especially painful when that person was such a cherished and valued member of the community. Felicia Yonly will always be remembered for her contributions, her kindness, and the impact she made in the lives of so many. Her absence will be deeply felt by all of us, but her memory will live on through the love and the example she left behind.
